We take our customers privacy very seriously. Not because we have to, but because we choose to. I know you do not wish for me to call, email or write you so I will have to respond to your posting via a reply. As owner of Bill Kolb Jr. Subaru, I sincerely apologize that you received our preventive service discount offer (in addition to other correspondence before we remove all of your information). We periodically send special discounts to our customers in an effort to help save them money when having to maintain their vehicles to protect their manufacturer's warranty and more importantly their investment. I know you have contacted us before requesting your address, email and phone number we taken out of our system and you stated you do not have your personal information available to any company you do business with, not just us or Subaru of America. I understand it is not "personal: with us. We removed your phone number when we first received your request. We kept your address in our system in case we needed to notify you of any recalls, state inspection due notices etc. We felt it was our obligation to keep you informed. I respect that you do not wish us to do so. i checked our data base this morning and can ASSURE YOU the only information we have for you is the first and last name and the state of NJ. I need to have some form of a record that we sold you a car. If, for ANY REASON, you receive any contact from my dealership that you do not wish to have, please CONTACT ME PERSONALLY at the contact information provided below. I believe you have purchased cars from us before. You know we operate an honest and forth-right business and do everything within our power to ensure our customers are satisfied. (I apologize for the circumstances that lead to you waiting for an oil change which we did quite a while ago. Since it is just being brought to my attention via your posting I am not sure what the particular delay was that specific day. I would be more than happy to perform your next oil change at no charge and promise to get you "in and out" within 45 minutes which would also include us doing a complete inspection of your vehicle to ensure its safety). While you "ASSURE" me that my information was removed from your system, how can you be trusted when you told the 'world' the same thing on February 14, 2014, within your response to my last posting! "Subaru will have to communicate with you...at this point" - Perhaps maybe I didn't make it clear enough - I HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH YOUR COMPANY, DO NOT CONTACT ME! I HAD AN ESPECIALLY HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE WITH YOU, PERSONALLY, MRS. KOLB! I didn't need you to send me any special discounts for service, since I had already prepaid for service! I did not contact you about my service experience because YOU WERE RUDE LAST TIME WE SPOKE - WHY SHOULD I SUBJECT MYSELF BEING HUNG UP ON AGAIN! Luckily, the service agreement is covered for any Dealer you choose for service. Thank you for the offer for the "free" oil change, but as I said, my services are prepaid - you should have known that! How can anyone believe anything you or your agents say when all you do is keep apologizing and 'sugar-coating' your response by saying you were trying to save customers money rather than doing what the customer requested!
