Great yet again After I bought my 2013 legacy last year and got into a very bad accident a few weeks ago, I knew where i was going to buy the same exact Vehicle. With Being pressed for time into buying a car Howard made sure everything was ready for me well in advance. The car was ready for test drive upon arrival and everything was smooth sailing. Howard could not be there the day I was there but he made sure that everything was already in place without him even being there, he even put my address into my GPS to make sure i would get home OK. Joe and Jeff who helped me were more than welcoming and did several test drives with me each to ensure everything I wanted was in place. All 3 employees were great and I would recommend any of my friends/family to those 3 gentlemen. Thank you again for all your assistance Howard, Jeff and Joe. More

Not all dealerships have their websites up to date, but Bill Kolb did. When I arrived, the vehicle was already out front ready to be looked at and test driven. Right away Gary Mendelsohn came out greeted me and helped me with the vehicle. He was a little busy which is totally understandable, thus I had another gentleman by the name of Holman Cano help me out with the vehicle as well. He made me feel welcomed to the dealership, gave me a tour around the dealership as if he knew I was already going to buy the vehicle. Absolutely no hassle on talking numbers for trading in my vehicle, I got exactly what I had wanted, and in addition to that I got the numbers I had wanted to finance my vehicle. Mart Shuvall, helped me out with the step by step procedures of the financing. numbers, and everything that I am looking at in the long run with the vehicle and explaining all the details of the vehicle, thus getting rid of the overwhelming feeling of getting a new vehicle. UPDATE - 1 Year Later Everyone can see within February 24th response from Mary Ann Kolb... "I have removed your email address and all other information from our records per your request" Here it is... 1 year later and I am STILL requesting Bill Kolb Subaru to remove my information from their systems, despite the President's assurance it was removed! I have an extended warranty, which covers servicing, so why do they even bother sending me this junk mail! JUST TELLS YOU WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS LIKE AT BILL KOLB SUBARU! BTW, I had my car serviced there just once! I instructed the Service Department to treat the car as if I was waiting, since I would be shopping at Lowes just next door to BK Subaru. 3 Hours later, they didn't even move the car! Top Notch Service Experience! More
My and my sons' First Subaru - I think we were just plain lucky to run into Stuart Lesser as our salesman when we walked into Bill Kolbs Subaru dealership. Not saying that the other sales person wouldnt have been just as helpful. We also found the finance manager, Paul Spiegel, very helpful in getting us low rates. We also were fortunate enough to meet Mr. Kolb. From our comparison price research on both vehicles, The Legacy and The Outback, there was no sticker shock. My son told his coworker and she went in and bought a car as well. In summary, the experience was stress free and actually pleasant. We hope we have similar experiences when we take our cars in for servicing. Thanks Stuart, Paul and Mr. Kolb. More

This is the first new Subaru we have purchased in many years and plan to go back to this dealership in the future. I went to Bill Kolb just to browse as I was looking to downsize from my 2012 Forester. However, after meeting Holman, and having him get me to actually test drive the 2015 5-door Impreza, I knew I had to leave with that car! He worked with me, listened to my concerns, understood my need to run all the numbers by my dad (haha). All and all, he let me know I was in good hands. I didn't feel pressured at all. It was same day sign, seal, deliver and I honestly couldn't be happier. Thanks Holman and Bill Kolb...you guys are the best! More

Fantastic dealership !!! I have bought two cars from them and they have been nothing but nice! Howard was our Sales Consultant he took the time to understand our needs and find out exactly what we wanted. We test drove it in and snow and picked it up that day in the rain the car was fantastic. The next day I noticed that a piece was missing from the bummer, I emailed Howard and he arranged for the missing piece to be installed this week.
