I was nervous about parallel parking so he provided me with a safe space to practice so that I was sure. He also gave me a follow-up call to make sure I was able to park when I returned to work. He was truly wonderful. I also worked with Marty who was the best. He was able to work within my budget and get me the best payment available. Happily that was the case with my recent purchase with Howard Bonfield at Bill Kolb Subaru. Initially I was a little skeptical of their "no haggle pricing" Representations of that sort are usually followed by endless amounts of bait and switch and other such pricing games. Not at Bill Kolb. Howard took the time to accompany me on two test drives and was able to offer a very fair price on my trade. He answered all questions and was not at all pushy. As added bonus Paul Spiegel of the Finance/business department was equally as helpful which allowed me to unexpectedly take home the vehicle that evening. If you're looking for a Subaru, give them a call. Great people and the largest selection of vehicles that I've come across at any Subaru dealer. More
Outstanding dealership - best car transaction yet A friend suggested this dealership because we were not happy with the other Subaru dealerships where we purchased and serviced our previous Subaru and A friend suggested this dealership because we were not happy with the other Subaru dealerships where we purchased and serviced our previous Subaru and we were due to trade in our lease shortly. From the moment we walked in, everyone was friendly. Gary approached us asking if he could help and we were so happy with his service. It was like sitting with a friend. There was no sales pitch. Gary also informed us of items available that we were never told about by the past dealership. Gary was knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and relaxed which is extremely important when trying to decide on so many options and plans. He listened to exactly what we wanted and was able to find us the perfect car. While sitting there and waiting for the paperwork to be completed, we saw numerous families/persons sitting with other sales persons and they had the patience of saints with some of the things people expected and the way they acted. Gary and his trainee gave us a thorough explanation of the process, the car when it was ready, and assured us that if we need anything during our ownership of the car, to give them a call. We do not live as close to this dealership as others, but we have already decided this is where we will take the car for service checks because they are so great with customers. We have told everyone we can about the great service and the friend that referred us was happy to hear they were still so wonderful since she purchased her car. More

Our sales consultant, Howard Bonfield, has the desk nearest to the door. I suspect this is not by accident, and I'm happy we were lucky enough to find him unoccupied when we arrived. Howard quickly reviewed the criteria we were looking for, in addition to a few vehicles I had picked out online beforehand. He walked us through the vehicle features in a clear and deliberate manner, and after a quick test drive, I was comfortable making a purchase. I can't speak for the entire staff as I've only dealt with Howard up to this point, (although I imagine using a salaried model goes a long way towards retaining good staff), but he's as professional as you could expect. I would recommend him without reservation. More

Went to BK, had already picked a few cars I was interested in from the website. They have a large selection which I think helps keep the cost right around the Kelly Blue book value. Test drove car, confirmed it was from a lease and decided to purchase. I really appreciate the no stress haggle concept, and didn't feel taken advantage of because I did my homework for a few months on what my model was going for.. At this point, only having the car for a couple of days, I would recommend to other. Howard was good to work with, not pushy, spoke clearly and slowly which was appreciated. More

It's combination of features, driving dynamics, roominess, build quality, and all wheel drive made it a standout in its segment. Our salesman, Jeff Weiner was a total pro! His level of customer service and professionalism was far and away superior to all the other salesman we had delt with previously. His son Daniel Wiener also worked with us during our test drive and during the pickup procedure of our new vehicle. Both Jeff and Daniel's cheerful attitude, knowledge of their product and attention to detail during the whole process was outstanding. Bill Kolbs no haggle price system was also a bonus. At no time did we ever feel as if we were being taken advantage of, or being pushed into buying a particular car or particular features that were unwanted.
