Professional and Seamless - From Start to Finish I was looking to purchase a Subaru Legacy but was on the fence between the Premium and the Limited. I had test driven a Limited at another dealership I was looking to purchase a Subaru Legacy but was on the fence between the Premium and the Limited. I had test driven a Limited at another dealership so I wanted to test drive the Premium. I had a friend who had bought a car at Bill Kolb Jr Subaru before and I saw some cars I was interested in purchasing. I had emailed the dealership prior to arriving and set up an appointment in the morning. Steve, who was the salesman I was in contact with greeted me as soon as I walked through the door. He started off by introducing himself, offered us something to drink, took down some information and then we test drove the Premium. I still wasn't sure. He showed me what was available, with which options, and the prices. I wanted to finance the car and I also had a trade in. So he laid out all the numbers for some of the cars I was interested in and told me what my monthly payments would look like for 60/66/72 months. He also was very thorough with the details on the payments, the packages for the different models, and also the functionalities of some of the technology which was included in the packages (while we were test driving and also after I had purchased my car). I found the one I liked. The price was great and the price I offered for the trade-in was accepted. I was sold. I was very impressed with Steve's professionalism and honesty. From start to finish, the whole process was seamless, there were no surprises with hidden fees, and I felt as if he wasn't trying to forcefully sell me a car but was helping me make a purchase based on what I was looking for. Based on this experience, I would definitely come here again and would highly recommend my friends and family. TL;DR: Wanted to buy a Legacy. The salesman was very professional and helpful. Walked out happy with the Legacy 3.6R. Would recommend. More

First New Car Came to Bill Kolb on a recommendation of a friend of my parents, and was looking for a Subaru Legacy with the features I wanted. I walked in and was met by Howard Bonfield, who assisted me, I told him exactly what I was looking for, and we followed him to the car that had everything I wanted. Howard took us on a test drive, explained everything mechanical about the car, then let me drive it. I knew it was the car I wanted. We went inside, discussed price, met with the finance man Paul Spiegel, who got me approved even though I was a recent college grad, just starting my Nursing career. Howard the asked if I wanted to drive it home tonight, assisted me with getting it insured and we were on our way, but not before he explained every feature and button inside the car . My parents who were with me said they have never had a salesman go over the car in depth like Howard did. I cant thank Howard enough for helping me.
