Needed a vehicle ASAP! Just leased our first Subaru. After being in an accident two weeks ago and totaling our SUV, we needed a new vehicle ASAP. Finding a Subaru with the specs that we were looking for was somewhat of a challenge. My husband located one online that had a couple of extra features that were not important to us, but we were willing to consider it. He immediately called the Bill Kolb Jr. dealership and asked if they would hold the vehicle with a deposit over the phone until he could get there, they were happy to do so. He met with Ross, looked at the Outback, and discussed a 36 month lease deal. It was a pleasurable experience. We were happy that we were able to get an Outback that met our criteria, we feel that we were given a very fair deal, and even more importantly, we were able to drive it home that afternoon. More
