Little did he know that I had planned the day to go to a bunch of different car dealerships to look at cars all day. I just happened to go to Bill Kolb Suburu first, but it was the only place I went. Through out the whole time, he paid attention to exactly what I wanted and was very sensitive to the budget that I had in mind. Through humor, his charismatic personality made me feel like he really wanted me to get the car I needed, not wanted. As a first time buyer I thought it would be so much more difficult to find the car of my dreams but 2 hours later I was driving home in my brand new Suburu Legacy! Howard made a dream come true for me and I couldn't have asked for a better salesperson. As for the dealership itself, it was so clean and every one was very welcoming and nice.
