We have always been treated well and helped and shown the respect we deserved as a buying and returning customer. Their process is tight and comforting and totally not the norm when it comes to car looking or buying. We had Imprezas before and on this one (while we still have the 2016 Impreza) we went for the Crosstrek and what a great car this is. We had to wait about a month after we went in and picked it out as exact as we wanted-we got everything. So the wait was worth it. We dealt with John Lyons and Marty Shuvall and as always received professional and courteous treatment- no pressure just the facts and where needed recommendations. When we picked up the car the only disappointment was that the owners were not on premise to congratulate us as in the past which was always a nice touch but they cant be in every day either. The place was humming and jam packed- so the words been out for awhile about this dealership and of course the great Suburu cars. We are proud to be part of the Bill Kolb Jr family and as for the service end we have never had a problem there either. More
