He gave us a ball park figure on the cost of the Legacy. We didn't have time that day for a test drive. Bill Kohb Jr. stopped by and stated that the Legacy got higher safety ratings and lower insurance costs than the Camry. We checked out the comparison of the two vehicles on the Consumer Reports website that confirmed that the Legacy did better in crashes, rating 5 stars in every category. A call to my insurance company confirmed that the Legacy was less expensive to insure. Furthermore, the Legacy had the optional feature we wanted in a mid level model whereas the Camry offered these features in only the most expensive model. We concluded that the Legacy was a better buy for us. We were happy with our salesman, Stuart, and with Robert who spent quite a lot of time with us showing us the technology of our newly purchased Legacy and invited us to call him any time we have further questions. Bill Kolb Jr. Subaru knows how to run a Business. I recently got into a no-fault accident and needed a vehicle to get back to my normal working schedule. I came across this dealer online after trying to search for a decently affordable car that fits my needs, and I found a few but had one I preferred the most, I talked with Howard, a sales agent at the dealer and he got me in to see him as soon as possible. I came with my father and when I entered and talked with Howard I loved how upfront, & honest he was, No B.S. which is how I like to do business, he also was welcoming and offered my dad and I beverages throughout the time we were there, despite me saying no, he still gave me a bottle of water and I thought that was really nice of him and after that I did realize I was really thirsty. Howard also made the process pretty simple and fast, you can tell he knows what he’s doing. I felt the same about Paul, the Finance Manager he was honest as well and super nice, skilled. I felt like I can trust what he says and he set me up really well pricing wise when it came to the vehicle I wanted. I loved that I came across Bill Kolb Jr. Subaru, I can definitely say whoever hired Howard and Paul did an amazing job because I felt they were the perfect representatives for this dealer, If you want to get a sense of what sets this dealer apart. I will definitely keep this dealer as a priority dealer in the future, if I want to purchase another car and recommend anybody that I know that’s looking to purchase a vehicle. It worked and I came back with my husband and put down a deposit. When I picked up my car Ross gave me a thorough introduction to how it works. I love my new Crosstrek and feel that buying it was stressful and fair. I have been a loyal customer for almost 25 years. This is my third Subaru. More
