Blatantly lied to for no reason I once had to bring in my outback to get a simple fix. I was lied to over the phone 3 times by the service member handling the issue. If he had told me the truth there would not have been an issue. After over a week of not having my car back for a fix that takes less than a few hours I had to directly confront the service member for lying to me and completely blowing me off over the phone. A manager had to come out and resolve the problem and I finally got my car back. The service department is garbage. Buy from somewhere else. More
