A little hiccup but professional. I brought my 2001 Accord in for recall on a Wednesday. The first time the part was not in stock so they set up another appointment for the following S I brought my 2001 Accord in for recall on a Wednesday. The first time the part was not in stock so they set up another appointment for the following Saturday. That day the work was done in less time than what i was told. On both occasions i dealt with Sam Rios. He was very courteous, professional and apologetic about making me come back a second time. I have owned my Honda Accord a long time. It has been a good car. Great Service!! I have both of my Honda vehicles serviced here. Two reasons, first, prices for service are no different than a non dealer shop, so why not use a shop I have both of my Honda vehicles serviced here. Two reasons, first, prices for service are no different than a non dealer shop, so why not use a shop that knows your vehicle better than no other. Secondly, I like the way I’m treated, Alan, Kathy, and Sam are really great people to work with, and if I knew the mechanics names I would commend them also. Never had an issue with the workmanship of the mechanics. Thanks to all, keep up the great work!! More
