Making up for lost time Sam Rios and the maintenance crew always take great care of me, even when there are delays. I came in for a brake inspection in addition to replacing Sam Rios and the maintenance crew always take great care of me, even when there are delays. I came in for a brake inspection in addition to replacing the cabin air filter and windshield wipers. There was a bit of a delay due to a administrative change in lunch breaks, but Sam notified me of the situation and even gave me a discount for waiting. I still would have paid full price, though, as the service here is top notch. More

Surprising Sale- Persistent not pushy I was checking out colors at Bill Kay's lot because I was quoted a price from up north that this Bill Kay was not offering. Having called the Bill Kay I was checking out colors at Bill Kay's lot because I was quoted a price from up north that this Bill Kay was not offering. Having called the Bill Kay earlier, I was told that they do not price match. Therefore was sure Bill Kay was not interested in my business. While looking at colors,I was approached by a sales person (Arael),who was persistent but not pushy. He wanted to know what was offered and explained what Bill Kay was offering. Even though we explained to him the reason we were at the dealership, Arael took time to show us colors, features, and was able to gain our trust to purchase from Bill Kay. He did not push us aside as we were done in 2017 when looking to purchase our new CRV. Once we were able to reach a reasonable agreement on price. I was pleased to purchase my 2019 Odyssey locally and not afar. I have always been completely impressed with Bill Kay's service department and have had no complaints. I am a repeat buyer of Honda products (have owned 7 since 2006) and glade to have had the opportunity to purchase locally again. I was very impressed with Arael and how he made a difference in the events of my day. More

He answered all questions and concerns we had about the vehicle, financing, service & warranty. Great person to work with. Treats you more like family than just a customer. We will recommend Bert Tvrz & Bill Kay to friends and family. The finance manager was Great. He was Very Helpful, Friendly & Informative. This was the Best used car purchase we've ever made.
