In a series of firsts for me, I was able to get into a brand new BMW i4 eDrive40. Maggie Bernard and the rest of the team from Bill Jacobs made this a seamless experience, especially for an out of town bu brand new BMW i4 eDrive40. Maggie Bernard and the rest of the team from Bill Jacobs made this a seamless experience, especially for an out of town buyer. Being 1 of BMW’s few all electric vehicles, these cars were constantly unavailable as they were either subjected to long transit times. I discovered Bill Jacobs BMW through an expanded search for the car optioned out as I wanted. At this stage, Maggie reached out regarding a couple of inquiries and notified me about one they were expecting that 99% fit what I was looking for. I was concerned that the car wouldn’t arrive for several months but she assured me it would be within 2-weeks. From that stage, she and the team kept me updated on the status and were completely engaged whenever I reached out with questions. We were even able to process a lot of the preliminary paperwork beforehand. As luck would have it, the only issue arose when I flew into Chicago to take delivery however, Maggie and the finance team were able to mitigate the problem while I was en-route to the dealership. Even though I had packed an overnight bag just in case, Maggie, Preston (Genius), and Dan made sure I was able to make it home in my new electric BMW by dinner. For anyone looking for a BMW anywhere in Illinois, I would highly recommend them! More
