This dealer isn't fair or honest. They completely lied and refuse to honor TrueCar offers. If you go on TrueCar and they give you a quote, this dealership will not honor it. I went in because the saleswoman called me about my TrueCar offer and we scheduled an appointment to test drive the vehicle. After driving the vehicle, I really liked it and was ready to close the deal. I told her that I was paying cash and then she went to speak with her manager. As I was waiting for the saleswoman to come back, I overheard two different salespeople tell customers that the price was wrong on TrueCar. One salesman said that TrueCar didn't include the dealer add-ons. When my saleswoman came back with her manager, he said that the price wasn't correct on TrueCar. I asked why and he couldn't explain the reason. He said they would have to call TrueCar to get the price corrected because the price they have is not the price that come from the manufacturer. I was a little confused because the information is coming from what was listed on the VIN. I'm not sure if it was because I was paying cash and they couldn't make extra money off me with financing or what. Either way, I wouldn't buy a car from them. I know they're in business to make money, but they need to honor the quoted price, especially after the saleswoman called me to confirm. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE IF YOU EXPECT TO GET A DEAL!!!! More
