After doing much research and visiting other dealerships, I decided to buy from Bill Jacobs because I was able to work with Bill Earnest. Right from the start he seemed to know what was important to me and what wasn't in a car by listening to what I was saying, not just assuming that since I was a female, I would only want the bells and whistles (as most other salespeople did). Once he knew what I wanted, Bill made it an easy process by finding the exact car I wanted on its way to the States and negotiating a price. The entire buying process was comfortable, and Bill's knowledge of how to drive and use a BMW is priceless. More

I couldn't agree more with the positive feedback others have shared. Of course, I love my new car, but the best part was the experience we had with Bill. He made spending this money far less painful than I would have imagined. He spent time showing me all of the bells and whistles on the car. His knowledge of BMW cars is remarkable. He is passionate about his job and his customers. We had such a great time that my husband returned today, just weeks after my purchase, to buy one for himself.....from Bill, of course! This dealership has the worst post sales customer service. If it was only one time I would not care with this review. But I have been a customer there for over 12 years. [edit] Because they did ask that I call the General Manager directly, I decided to edit my post and bash them a little less. So, because their service has not improved over the years, I still think they deserve the low rating at this time. They need to learn how to properly handle phone calls, I called about 10 days ago and they hung up, again. And, they need to train their service advisors to ALWAYS return a call especially when the customer is requesting that. Although their sales department is among the best, my experience with their post sales service is so disappointing that if you ask me, then try a different dealer. More
BILL'S SERVICE PULLED ME AWAY FROM A LIFETIME OF TOYOTA/LEXUS PRODUCTS. HE WAS MORE THAN AN KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT EACH AND EVERY VEHICLE AS WELL AS EACH AND EVERY OPTION IN EACH VEHICLE. I WAS PLEAS TOYOTA/LEXUS PRODUCTS. HE WAS MORE THAN AN KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT EACH AND EVERY VEHICLE AS WELL AS EACH AND EVERY OPTION IN EACH VEHICLE. I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED WITH HIS PATIENCE WITH MY WIFE AS SHE IS SHE IS VERY DEMANDING DURING THE CAR BUYING PROCESS. HE TURNED HER FROM HER USUAL DEFENSIVE POSITION TO ONE OF TRUST. HE WORKED WITH US SLOWLY AND ALTHOUGH THE DEALERSHIP WAS SWAMPED HE MADE US FEEL LIKE WE WERE THE ONLY PEOPLE THERE. HUS FOLLOW UP HAS ALSO BEEN GREAT WHICH WE BOTH APPRECIATE. As always Bill Earnest provided for me the highest level of service and professionalism that greatly exceeded my expectations. Quite frankly Bill is the kind of person that you can send your family to and n of service and professionalism that greatly exceeded my expectations. Quite frankly Bill is the kind of person that you can send your family to and not worry about the level of service that will be provided as its always stellar. Furthermore, Bill is the kind of guy that will follow up post sale and check in to see how things are going. Its always a pleasure to stop by and see Bill as well. Its no wonder that Bill is a top rated salesperson within the vast company of the Bill Jacobs empire. I look forward to buying another vehicle with Bill in the future. On another note the 2004 Porsche 911 Carrera C4S that I purchased from Bill is the most awesome car that I have ever owned, and I have owned over 40 vehicles. It has been well maintained and is a true gem in my book. Actually I am not surprised...its just another well maintained vehicle from the Bill Jacobs fleet of fine used cars. Bill was fantastic to work with. He provided a great history of the car, worked to obtain a fair price, set up a town car service as I flew in from Denver, had the car ready to go AND stayed in touch with me as I drove the vehicle back to Colorado. This was a great buying experience, actually, it was a lot of fun. More

I called and emailed later that day and got no response. Got email Monday that " car was no longer available" Found out later they sold it Saturday . This dealership can not be trusted. I sent my car in for an oil check since the oil lamp symbol would come on after care was shut off. This was 2 weeks after I had gotten the oil topped off. I figured it was a sensor problem. When the car was done I took the car home and when I shut the car off the lamp symbol came on again. So now my question is what the heck did they fix the first time if the problem is still there and if they even needed to replace the head gasket in the first place. I went straight to the service manager, Brad, who wasn't available and left him a vm. He calls me back and I miss his call so I call him back. He never returns my phone call so I had to basically chase him down for a problem I had with his dept. Not the type of service you need when you're already mad that you have to go back and deal with this again. This place does not have the best service exepertise. My husband also had to bring his car back a few times before for not having his problem resolved on the first visit. I wouldn't take my car here for service and if that means you have to buy from somewhere else I would suggest that. More
