I must say that in my previous and numerous car buying experiences, I have felt extreme anxiety and pressure from sales people. This was not the case with Kelly. She made this experience very pleasant and I felt "no pressure" at all!!! Kelly went the extra mile responding to my many emails as I tried to decide on which vehicle to choose, down to quotes on purchase versus lease; your emails were very helpful and informative!!! I contribute this wonderful buying experience to her email responses prior to coming into the dealership and arming me with so much information. Kelly's pleasant and engaging personality as well as her knowledge of the vehicle put me at ease with my decision. She is by far one of the best sales people I have worked with!! Kelly made this purchase go smoothly. This is the fastest car purchase I have ever encountered. She and the staff were awesome from the moment I walked into the dealership until I left with my new X3!!! Bill Jacobs BMW should consider themselves very lucky to such wonderful staff. I believe a company is only as strong as it's staff; and pushy sales people can really deter buyers from a dealership. I dealt with all levels of management and was treated with appreciation of my business and respect for my time. By far the quickest car purchase in my life! My salesperson, Kwaku Bentil was AWESOME! He's patient and really took time to find the right vehicle for me. I even got to spend some time with a "Genious" before I pulled off the lot to make sure I fully understood my new vehicle. This dealership is a class act! I highly recommend them and I don't write reviews very often. This place is worth it! More

Turned me off to the brand bmw Found a car I liked online that was loaded to my requiremens, called and spoke with a sales person to ensure it had all features I required. I was assured it had everything and to drive on down. We had several clncersatiln and even landed on price. Got my checkbook and I proceeded to drive 3 hours nearly 200 miles. When I got there the sales person had “left early” even tho he was waiting for me. Got passed off to another guy and while looking at the vehicle discovered that it did not have the acc feature that was a requirement for me. Got passed off to a another guy and after stating that this car was not going to work and let’s look at what other options are avalible that’s when the conversation really went down hill. I was getting vibes from both of them that the feature I was asking for was was so few and far between and pretty much didn’t exist anywhere. I was promptly told there was nothing on the lot that has this feature. I had to ask if they could check other dealers. At which point after another 10 min he came back and said, “this is the only one in our entire region” “do you want me to get it here for you with a dealer swap” he didn’t even ask anything about what I was looking for at that point and presented a car that was 15k over the price of the original car I was looking at. I let him know that that price was not even close and than had to ask if I could order a car direct since they were so hard to find. He told me “we don’t really do that, and the 2019s are already coming out in a month so I don’t think you can order any right now” “And there’s not really any option other than Chicago go buy a car up north so I would buy it while you can, does Milwaukee even have a bmw dealer?” At that point i knew that this guy also had no idea what he was talking about given that there is a bmw dealer in Madison, Appleton, and 2 or 3 in Milwaukee. All employees involved showed a total and complete lack of respect, and care that they had me drive and waste and entire day, also made in my opinion was less than 1% effort to try and save the sale. I have never been more livid in my life. I had decided at that point I would buy a Audi or Benz that I had been debating about and would never purchase a bmw. The next day on the way to my appoint In Milwaukee to purchase the Benz, I happened into international bmw in Milwaukee. Had a 100% completely different experience and low and behold they had 3 cars with the acc feature I was looking for (despite the 1 in the region that existed the day prior the bill Jacobs associate had said) The experience in Milwaukee was at international was great and ended up Purchasing a fully loaded car from the showroom floor. The experience at Bill Jacobs made a Kia dealer look like a Bentley dealer by comparison to what I experienced. Save yourself time and drive to Milwaukee or another Chicagoland dealer. More

Sale team (Alex Duvall) and sale manager (Rub) are professional, patient, and helpful in the car sale price and introducing new car features. It made the purchase process easier and hassle free. Also the dealership offer an excellent car service, one can made car service appointment via phone call easily and loaner car will be available for no wait service. I have used them in last 10 years. Service Advisor(s) are experienced and professional to assist the car maintenance and repair. More

The “Geniuses” did a great job showing me how the many computerized features work. BMW’s service, both at this dealership and the Westmont IL location, is not nearly as good as sales. Scheduling a service can be difficult and unpleasant. They want you to deal with a “Service Adviser”, an unnecessary, time consuming step. It is not unusual for a problem to require more than one appointment to resolve, with each additional appointment resulting in significant increase cost. Over the years I think service has returned the car to me washed perhaps 2 or 3 times. More
