I called Bill Jacobs and asked for their best sales professional and Bill Earnest was told to be the person. Bill found us the vehicle that fit the bill for us. They were correct and Matt his manager was outstanding. This was a very good experience and I was very happy that my wife was satisfied.......after being married for 20 years that is the most important. Bill delivered on everything we needed......stunned us with the ability to get us the car within 1 hour with plates. We will be purchasing from Bill in the future. Outstanding service and pricing......I'm tough and they did a great job to turn our thoughts of them around. More

Terrible service, repair took 1 week. Communication was poor; no one was available to take my calls. I saw the vehicle I purchashed on-line. I negotiated a viable purchase price with the dealership and was able to make a cash purchase on a 2009 BMW with very low miles. The day I test drove the vehicle, I wore jeans and a T-shirt, as I had been running errands that day. I had visited a couple of other dealerships [different makes] that same day and I believe because I was very casual I was not considered to be a serious customer. No one at the "other" dealerships" asked to assist me even though I was looking at the cars in the lot and inside the show room for at least 20 minutes. However, from the minute I stepped foot into Bill Jacobs, I was greeted at the door and treated like royalty. Bill Earnest was my salesperson, and his last name says it all...his professionalism and integrity made me feel very comfortable and trusting. I was searching for a replacement for my current vehicle and visited a number of competitive dealers (Lexus, Audi, Acura). I had met with Bill at least two times during my search and he was helpful and off and visited a number of competitive dealers (Lexus, Audi, Acura). I had met with Bill at least two times during my search and he was helpful and offered no pressure. Ultimately he structured a deal that satisfied my requirements primarily because he listened. While I paid a little more than I would have with the competitive product, he was right on with the trade value which was a major hot button for me, ultimately I ended up with a superior vehicle and a deal that I could live with.
