Although we didn't feel pressured to buy from Russ or Bill Jacobs, the sales experience there made us WANT to buy from them. In the process of buying cars, I always look way outside the 60504 zip code because I feel like people from Naperville charge more because it's Naperville. But that definitely wasn't the case with us at Bill Jacobs. We got a great deal, and more importantly, we were treated like family. We would definitely buy another car from them! Oh, and the car is incredible! Makes you feel lucky every time you drive it! More

Great experience! I was in the market for a new car. Stopped into Bill Jacobs BMW and was warmly greeted by Russ Millard. After a very thorough test drive I was sol I was in the market for a new car. Stopped into Bill Jacobs BMW and was warmly greeted by Russ Millard. After a very thorough test drive I was sold. The only problem was,I only had an hour until I had to leave to pick up my son from school. Russ assured me they could make it happen. No imbelishment, I walked out of the dealer 59 minutes later with the sale completed. In my rush to get everything done I forgot both a car seat and a ipass transponder. Russ made sure to get it back to me the next day. Very happy with my overall experience. This is the second car that I have bought from a Bill Jacobs dealership, the first being a Mini Cooper, next door. Both times it was a very low pressure situation, and both times I received a very fair deal. More

She heard me ask the lady at the dealer’s shop while purchasing the special LED courtesy light that projects the BMW logo about how to install these lights. She offered to install them for me. While I paid for them, she brought a screwdriver and came with me outside in the parking lot to my car and sat on the ground to install them at the bottom of the front doors. I thanked her very much without even getting to know her name. But it looks like courteous and friendly attitude just run in this dealership. Very very satisfied. Hope to remain as such during service of my car. More
