What an awesome experience beginning to end. You can tell it's a family-owned operation. I reached out to Bill Jacobs interested in an Acura MDX they took in on trade and was greeted over the phone by tell it's a family-owned operation. I reached out to Bill Jacobs interested in an Acura MDX they took in on trade and was greeted over the phone by David Reynoso who answered all of my questions and set up some time the following day to come see the car. When I arrived, the car was all ready to go and David gave me some time to look the car over before answering some more questions and joining me for a test drive. He was very knowledgable about the vehicle even though it wasn't a BMW product which showed me he did his homework. Once back at the dealership, we went over my trade in appraisal and the numbers for the Acura. I'd describe that interaction as "effortless". They gave me a reasonable offer on my trade even though it needed some work, made concessions on my purchase and we settled on a price in no time. Zero haggle whatsoever. I'm thoroughly satisfied and look forward to working with them again in the future. Special shout-out to David who was very professional, considerate, kind, patient and incredibly service-oriented. When we came by on two occasions to view the car, we were treated by our sales team of Harry and David as valued customers rather than just lookers. They paid our $50 UBER fee when we came in to purchase the vehicle. After the paperwork was done, Harry spent over an hour with us explaining some of the features and equipment of the car. We were not rushed at all and again we were treated like family by both David and Harry. Both of these fine people deserve raises! When I am in the car market again, my first stop will be with this dealership! More
