I was pleasantly surprised when Bill Earnest answered my online quote request for a new X7. I had previously purchased from him years ago and had a great experience. By the time that I stopped in to look at the vehicle unfortunately it was sold. Mike and Bill suggested that I place an order for the exact vehicle that I wanted. We worked through the spec and placed the order that day. 30days later I was taking delivery of my first custom ordered BMW X7. I did consider other dealers in the area for my purchase but Bill Jacobs really stood out in the process with the excellent service, competitive quote and creativity in assisting me with my decision.
