I had a fantastic experience with Bill Jacobs BMW. I recently sold my e46 M3 and I was itching to get a M2 Competition. I knew it was going to be difficult since it is the last year BMW is producing the recently sold my e46 M3 and I was itching to get a M2 Competition. I knew it was going to be difficult since it is the last year BMW is producing the F87 chassis. I'm from NY and I called the dealership where I purchased my X5 from, but they didn't have any allocations at all. I did a search on Kilter and the exact build configuration showed up on Kilter pointing to Bill Jacobs. Mark (BMW CA) picked up the phone and he advised me that vehicle already has an owner and is waiting for pick-up. He was kind enough to tell me that he may have one more allocation remaining for his dealership and he will check. In less than 5 minutes, he called me back and he said he can get the car for me. I gave him my build sheet along with a deposit. Mark was extremely responsive and he kept me informed throughout the entire process with my production number, when it went into production, when it went into the boat and the expected timeframe of when it will arrived. I made two changes throughout the transaction - 1) interior color and 2) delivery at the performance center. Mark was extremely accommodating and this dealership did a fantastic job with signing all of the paperwork remotely in NY with a local attorney/notarizer. Seriously, look no further - buy your vehicle from them. They're easy to deal with and they're great! More
