It was a great experience purchasing a vehicle at the dealership. It took us over 2 hours in traffic to drive from Merrillville, IN to the Naperville dealership. I was surprised to see the SUV we had re dealership. It took us over 2 hours in traffic to drive from Merrillville, IN to the Naperville dealership. I was surprised to see the SUV we had requested parked up front and waiting for our arrival. Once we walked inside the dealership we were nicely greeted and offered much needed refreshments after our 2 hour drive. Within minutes we were given keys to take a test drive. Our salesman Bill Earnest was awesome. I feel like I met a great new friend that I can call any time about family vacations as well as purchasing a new vehicle . David was thorough, professional, knowledgeable and courteous through the entire process. We never felt any pressure or held hostage by David or the Dealership. We did buy an X3 and it was delivered quickly and we received expert training on the functionality of the vehicle as was as an offer to provide additional training whenever we need it.
