I really want to thank Bill Jacobs BMW Dealer for the professional level of all of them . Inside the "Jungle" of Dealers to find someone not aggressive or tricky to trust on is really important for a cus professional level of all of them . Special thank to David Reynoso that follow me in the path to buy a BMW X5 : he gave me what I was looking for and what we agreed without any deceit. Stefano More
I went in on July 22nd to look at a used Chevy that I saw online. Even though I was not looking to purchase a BMW, I was treated with the best customer service I have ever experienced. I felt it as soon as I online. Even though I was not looking to purchase a BMW, I was treated with the best customer service I have ever experienced. I felt it as soon as I arrived at the front desk and the super courteous way I was greeted. I must admit, I was rather intimidated by the beautiful BMW's in the showroom which I cannot afford at this time. I almost walked out! Lol! I'm so glad I didn't. I cannot thank my salesperson, Bill Earnest, enough. I read a review from a previous customer in which she expressed that she felt like she had made a new friend. That's exactly how I felt. I just had a very bad experience with another dealer a few days ago and I was still feeling down and out about it. He even took the time to listen to the horrible, long story that I had regarding this other dealer which will remain anonymous. He answered all my questions and did all he could to provide a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Bill Earnest as well as the Bill Jacobs dealership. First class!! More
My experience with Bill Jacobs BMW was superior! I went in just to look at a car and after my experience with Russ and Rob I knew I wanted to buy from Bill Jacobs and we ended up buying not only 1 but 2 ve in just to look at a car and after my experience with Russ and Rob I knew I wanted to buy from Bill Jacobs and we ended up buying not only 1 but 2 vehicles from them that week. Our amazing experience did not stop with Russ and Rob! Not only did those two gentlemen go above and beyond but Mike the general sales manager personal came in and introduced himself when we took delivery on the vehicles. Daniel in finance was a pleasure to deal with also. There are not enough words possible to express the superior service we had at Bill Jacobs with these gentlemen! Thank you Bill Jacobs staff for making my decision easy to now be a lifetime customer of Bill Jacobs BMW. More
My experience at Bill Jacobs was of the highest quality. I had visited several other BMW dealers as well as dealerships at competitors (Audi, Volvo, Ford) and one of the handful of reasons we chose our BMW I had visited several other BMW dealers as well as dealerships at competitors (Audi, Volvo, Ford) and one of the handful of reasons we chose our BMW was because of our Client Advisor, Husain Sheikhani. Husain not only answered all of our questions, he had no problem addressing any concerns. Each dealership we went to we were met with resistance as well as push back when we expressed the desire to buy an EV or PHEV. In fact, we were shocked at the amount of information Husain knew about electric vehicles in general and where (not why) the BMW offered more benefit vs competing models we were looking at. On top of his knowledge, Husain was not pushy, he took me at my word and did not try to pressure or speed up the sales process. He understood this was a big decision and really treated us as if he was in our shoes. Husain’s style and personality made the process easy and with very little friction. After test driving the X3 PHEV 330e Husain went through the different models and packages they had available, what the benefit was and how other drivers have valued it (even if it was not the best). We went through cost of additional features and he gave us an understanding of maintenance costs on a vehicle like BMW and to ask any questions about warranty/service packages offered with financing to make sure that those everyday issues (flat tires etc) can be expensive but the piece of mind and service offered through warranty/service extensions. While the BMW X3 PHEV 330e was not the cheapest vehicle we were most interested in (Ford Mach-E) or the tricker out/longer EV battery (Audi), the BMW offered the most excellent consumer experience. Everything from the tour of the service center, what a repair or oil change process would look like if you owned a car (they pick up your vehicle, leave a loaner with you, service the car then return it) to introducing me to my future service specialist, I was very pleased and felt more than taken care of on top of that, getting to speak to a vehicle specialist about all the features available in my model and how to use them was the cherry on top. I recently stopped in to look at what they had in inventory. Surprisingly I drove away with a new car. My intention was not to purchase but to look. The sales person, David, was easy going, responsiv inventory. Surprisingly I drove away with a new car. My intention was not to purchase but to look. The sales person, David, was easy going, responsive, extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic about his products and offerings. Never did I feel pressured or pushed to make any type of decision I didn't want to make. The entire team at Bill Jacobs was top notch, I feel as if they are the cream of the crop. Sales, service, finance and IT were all solid. I'll be a customer for a long time to come. More
I had a very pleasant experience at this dealership. My initial contact was via internet and had prompt response and follow up. Negotiations were done via email and very respectful. Once a price agreed upo initial contact was via internet and had prompt response and follow up. Negotiations were done via email and very respectful. Once a price agreed upon a pick up date was arranged. The car was ready on the lot and I was greeted after a few minute wait. I was offered to take a drive but opted for the detail overview from the BMW Genius! The financial component was efficient and was driving off the lot in less than 2 hours. I have had contact from both the BMW Genius rep by email as well as by text. The client advisor has been responsive to question after the sale as well. Overall a very impressive dealership. More
Absolutely the WORST car buying experience that I've EVER experienced. I don't even know where to start... Client Advisor: DAVID REYNOSO I don't believe in "bad talking" any person, but I will state thes experienced. I don't even know where to start... Client Advisor: DAVID REYNOSO I don't believe in "bad talking" any person, but I will state these facts: This guy was absolutely unpleasant our entire interaction. He was patronizing and incompetent in many degrees.1) I called to enquire about a vehicle that he assured me was available. I expressed my interest in the car, and he told me that he was busy and would call me back to take my deposit to hold the car. HOURS later he calls me back to take my deposit, only to call back again to tell me that the car was sold. 2) After finding another vehicle (he was no help in explaining vehicle features), I came to test drive the car. David was not there, but his manager Robert Trax was. I gave him a copy of my DL to dive the vehicle, and left with the intention to purchase the car (I had external financing, so we had to wait for the check to be delivered to the dealership). Things got progressively worse... 3) Once the check was delivered, I contacted David to confirm the check was there, his immediate response was " WHAT KIND OF CHECK IS IT?! IS THE CHECK FILLED OUT PROPERLY"...what?! his tone was rigid and extremely off-putting! Instead of him saying "okay, sure, thanks for calling, I will go to verify that the check was received and call you back with next steps" apparently, he thought the latter was less appropriate. 4) When I was able to finally pick up my car, I felt extremely unwelcomed. When signing the paperwork, I asked David about a OFAC document that I needed to give my SSN and DOB, he immediately got upset with the question and fired off "WHAT?! YOU JUST NEED TO SIGN IT, YOU HAVE TO SIGN IT ANYWAY!"... again, what!? All I was looking for was an explanation about the document I was signing. I did NOT need his emotionally geared feedback simply because he was not educated on what the document was. 5) After I signed the paperwork with David, I was sent upstairs to meet the finance manager Aldijana (more on her later). When I returned from her office and was all set to leave, David did not greet me, nor did he escort me out. I stood there for about 5 minutes looking for someone to let me out of the building with my car. Another CUSTOMER assisted me in opening up the garage to exit the building. After starting the vehicle to leave, David shows up to my window and hands me the vehicle's license plate, and walks away. Such a terrible, and demeaning experience. Finance Manager: ALDIJANA HODZIC Things started off well. I thought that things were finally going to turn around. However, the moment I declined the extended warranty coverage for my car, her entire demeanor changed. She became condescending and insistent. She kept pushing the importance of getting a warranty, and how I will not be able to later change my mind, and how I can void my CPO, etc., etc. She spoke to me as if I did not understand how things worked--EXTREMELY frustrating. My paperwork was screwed up, and she had to change my document twice. When I ready to leave, I had to ask her for the second key to my car, and she insisted that she did not have it (she did). I had to ask for the owners manual for the car, again, she insisted that she did not have it. My ENTIRE experience was a complete nightmare! The ONLY pleasant interaction that I had at Bill Jacobs, was with my BMW genius, NIC CORTELLINI. He was the only person that made me feel like he wanted me there, and was extremely cordial and communicative. He was respectful, and just a good human being. I would recommend that if you are considering buying a vehicle from these people, beware. If you're a POC, BEWARE (is all I'll say). There are many other customer-centric BMW dealerships, such as KNAUZ, or NORTHFIELD BMW, that would give you a higher quality service experience and actually treat you the way any respectable human being should be treated.
