Khalil Guisse is AWESOME!!! For the first time in all of my years in buying cars, I wasn't anxious to leave the dealership. There was no pressure from him, he didn't try to over or out talk us, and he even my years in buying cars, I wasn't anxious to leave the dealership. He was so good that after having a less than pleasurable conversation with the finance manager (due to her pressuring us to make other purchases for the car), I felt obligated to find him and tell him about that experience, to which he explained things to us, assuring us once again that there was no pressure to do or buy anything!!! Greatness in the making! I'm looking forward to working with him again in a few years for another vehicle, if not sooner. Bill Earnest also provided words of wisdom regarding how to get the most out of my car's performance, and they both ended by telling me to call them if I had ANY questions or concerns. Quite sincere guys...I'm old enough to know when that's said because it's your job to do so versus being genuine, and these guys are genuine. I'm sure this isn't the ONLY great review of these two.
