This is my 6th car I have purchased at Bill Jacobs and have always worked with Bill Earnest as my sales advisor. I cannot recommend the dealership and Bill enough. In this last instance Bill was able to locate a car for me within a few days that 90% matched what I was looking for. In these times of car shortages and some waiting several weeks if not months for cars I was very happy I could get a car that quickly. Bill always make the new car experience exceptional. In addition my vehicles are always well taken care of by the service department. Ask for Mike Alwin as your service advisor. He always makes sure everything is always well taken care of while your car is under warranty and or on a maintenance agreement. And if you keep your cars longer he will make sure you take care of the really important items that keep your car in top shape. Do not hesitate to visit Bill Jacobs and ask for Bill to purchase your next BMW and then Mike to make sure it is well maintained. You cannot go wrong with them. More
