I recently purchased a 2021 C300 from Bill Jacob's BMW on 11/01/22. No cosmetic or mechanical defects/issues were disclosed. When I got home with the vehicle and wiped the windshield down, I discovered 2 cra 11/01/22. No cosmetic or mechanical defects/issues were disclosed. When I got home with the vehicle and wiped the windshield down, I discovered 2 cracks in the windshield; 1 which had began to spread. When I took the vehicle back to Bill Jacob's BMW, I was THEN told the cracks had already been filled in before my purchase and that they would do nothing further. The cracks are directly in my field of vision while driving especially in the daylight. I paid for a vehicle I thought was cosmetically free from visual defects but now I'm stuck with a Mercedes with a cracked windshield. My salesman said "thats unfortunate for you but you signed a contract and the crack was repaired" even though it was not disclosed at purchase and is visible. I am a Veteran with limited eyesight from service connected injuries and did not notice the cracks initially upon delivery. I feel taken advantage of by Bill Jacob's BMW and regret my purchase. More
