Bill Jacobs always has customer satisfaction in mind and their service advisors are very professional. I am now two years into my ownership and have had all service taken care of by them. Not one time have their service advisors are very professional. I am now two years into my ownership and have had all service taken care of by them. Not one time have I paid for service and left feeling like it was not worth what I paid. Actually, they have been generous and helped me on a few occasions. Maintenance on vehicles can be and usually is a stressful endeavor but Bill Jacob's team always does what they can to alleviate that. More
