David was remarkable from the first time I spoke to him back in May, he helped me build out the car the way I wanted and very understanding of my needs and concerns. He kept in the loop along the way. And very responsive to my calls/emails. No upcharge on cars at Bills Jacobs and gave me a reasonable price on my trade in too. Overall, very happy with my purchase. nderstand the current market, but the way that everything was handled was very unprofessional. I had to be the one to keep reaching out for updates on my car instead of staying informed by Bill Jacobs. When was handled was very unprofessional. I had to be the one to keep reaching out for updates on my car instead of staying informed by Bill Jacobs. When I brought this up at purchase, all they could do for me is get me floor mats and keychains, which I will add that I never received the said keychains. This whole experience should have never happened, I was not treated as a person buying a luxury vehicle, but more of a transaction. When it came to the financial portion of my experience, I was supposed to put down $1,000 for a deposit on the order, I even signed papers that this is how much I was depositing. When the bill was posted it was for $1,500. No one communicated with me on the extra money and why it was not what I agreed on, after reaching out they did refund the difference. When picking up the vehicle, I had already had an agreed upon interest rate from the day I put my deposit down. When I went to the financing office, the forms showed 2% more interest than I was told. When I asked why it was this percent when I had a lower one, I was told “This is the lowest we have, we haven’t had that percent since last October.” I told her to look at the papers I signed on because I was told a different interest rate, after some silence she said that “I don’t know why he told you that but there is no way to get that interest rate.” At the end of the day it didn’t matter to me as I was going to refinance, but just the way I was treated and lied to is unacceptable. After not even a full week of driving the car, a system that I paid extra for, failed. I contacted the service department to get this fixed and was able to schedule someone to pick up my car and get me a loaner. When someone came to get my car, he had me sign papers without even explaining anything in the paperwork. When it came to drop off, I was told no one is available to bring the car to me, so I had to drive the vehicle back to Bill Jacobs. The agreement was to fill up to vehicle back to how much was in it at delivery, which I did. But my car was not filled up to how much it was taken with, which I would have expected to have happened especially because I had to come and drive it back home when it was supposed to be delivered back to me. The vehicle was also to be washed, and I can say it was, but it was the worst wash I have seen. Water marks were all over, and the rims did not seem to even be touched. A new vehicle should not have problems within a week of purchase. Overall, I cannot recommend that you purchase a vehicle here. I’ve never been treated this way, but if you want to be treated as a transaction then this is the place for you. If you would like to be treated as a human with respect, then I recommend you go elsewhere. More
