Never had any problems with them, but came here to get my airbags fixed because of the recall. Everyone was very nice. Asked me if there was anything else going on with the car. Told them that my gas cap lig airbags fixed because of the recall. Everyone was very nice. Asked me if there was anything else going on with the car. Told them that my gas cap light came on. Had already run a code reader and replaced the gas cap, but the light was still coming on. They told me that they could run a diagnostic for $200 to see what might be wrong with it. Figured, why not. Real talk.... When I asked them what they found, they told me they found that the gas cap light is on and I should have somebody look at it for an extra $300. Hahaha. Wanted to be mad. But, that was legit funny. It was worth wasting $200, just for the story. If it ended there, they would still be five stars. But, now that they've done the airbag fix, the airbag lights come on and off from time to time. Sent them a message the day after picking it up to let them know. Someone called me from the dealership about a month later to offer me other services. Asked them about the message that I sent, they said somebody else will call me. Missed their call, but called them back. Told me to pay for another diagnostic to find out why my airbag lights are coming on. They weren't broken until Bill Jacobs "fixed" them. Asked to speak to someone about getting the problem addressed. They keep transferring me to someone named Eric Ryan. Told me that he was busy with other customers and will call me back. Have left several messages for him. Has been two days and, apparently, Eric still hasn't finished with that customer. Mad respect to Eric. That's dedication Bro. Hahaha. More
