You brace yourself going into a car dealer. Prepare mentally for the oncoming “pushy salesmen.” And then….....there was Bill Jacobs BMW. My CA, Russ Mullard was fanatic to deal with, he kept me updated from the initial order until delivery. Enjoy dealing with him immensely. Preston, who walked me throw the features of the car, was every bit as great, very knowledgable and friendly. I can't say enough at how pleasant the entire experience has been so far.
