All I can say, I bought 2023 BMW SUV just because of "Joshua Schneider" and he is very cool and professional with great patience. My purchase decision was absolutely at my choice and I have never felt any push from him like other sales people at other dealers as I experienced in the past. I have very unique and pleasant experience with almost people working at front desk, other sales people and their service team. Khalil was amazing! ! We were walking around the dealership for over 10 minutes and no one really approached us till Khalil walked by and asked if we needed any help. He ! He was very pleasant and easy/ fun to speak to! He answered all our questions very patiently with a big smile on his face. He welcomes all inquiries silly or not and made us very comfortable. He is very professional and always available over the phone and email to answer our questions. He stayed late multiple times to ensure we were satisfied with our service. We have bought about 4 cars in the last few years and Khalil hands down was the best sales agent we have had! Highly recommended! This was personally my first luxury car and Khalil made this experience so much better! More
