My wife & I purchased a 2023 BMW X3 on Friday, November 25. Today, we returned for the encore program run by the BMW Geniuses. We are so impressed with everyone we have met. We test drove the vehicle and she answered all of our questions and showed us the myBMW app explaining all of its capabilities. She was great. We never felt pushed or pressured during the initial sales process with Gigi nor with the finance department. Aldijana allowed us to discuss in private our families needs to come to a decision regarding the different extended warranties. Samantha was great showing us the car’s electronic / digital interface on the date of purchase helping to get us up and running. Mike in service was great, when I took the car in for ceramic coating. We returned today for an encore presentation with the BMW Geniuses. Nic, BMW Lead Genius was excellent! We went thru all the stuff that we had first learned on day of purchase plus much more.
