Donnie was able to get our issue resolved, it took a while but he was always updating us on the status on the parts that needed to be ordered. Every time, I walk into a car dealership, I worry what type of evil villian or monster lurks in the shadows. Is it really a hive of villainy and evil doers? However, my experience with Bill Jacobs BMW has not required the use of the dark arts to have a satisfactory car buying experience. This is the second car I have purchased from Bill Jacobs BMW this year. Russ is an amazing person to do business with and made buying another car from him an easy no brainer choice. A fantastic individual to work with. Preston I have also worked with for the second time as well. Great guy who is more that willing to spend as much time with you as necessary to explain the features of your new car. Also, a wonderful individual.
