Finance went smoothly and there were no super pushy methods for additional items. Minor thing was missing from the vehicle at the time of purchase due to parts being closed - Jose sorted things out and had it ready for me to pick up the following day without question. When it came time for a new BMW, I stayed with Bill Jacobs, and once again felt extremely well treated. I’m pretty picky about what I want in a car, so ended up ordering it from the factory. From specing out the car through delivery, Josh Schneider and the rest of the staff were quick to answer any questions or concerns I had, and kept me up to date on what was happening.
