The guys were great. My wife and I drove down from Bangor for our car search. We came to bill dodge to look at a car that we ended up having zero interest in. Richie and matt also knocked the price down to include an allowance for us to purchase a new spare tire. Then upon inspection of the vehicle we found it needed a new muffler. I called richie and matt and they set it up so we could drop it off at quirk jeep to be fixed while the bill went to them. Great experience with Bill Dodge. My only recommendation is that when used vehicles are posted on the internet, it would be nice to have the details of any blemishes available. I understand that it is important for the salesman to establish personal contact and providing information on dents/dings/scratches, etc. might reduce the chances of initial contact. If that is indeed a concern, then perhaps having that information available after a prospective customer makes initial contact would be a good compromise. In my case, it was difficult to fully evaluate the condition of the vehicle by the pictures posted. More

It was nice that they offered the extras without having to ask for them. i.e. a full tank of gas, floormats..etc. unlike our previous purcahse from "LEE Auto" where we had to just about beg for a full tank of gas.
