In 2004 I leased a 325Ci while living in south Florida. After much thought and a great deal of internal debate in 2006, I decided to turn back to American Muscle and bought a brand new black on black GTO, 6 litre, with the 6 speed. I flew up to Maine to buy this car from Mr. Brian Kelsea and had the car shipped back to south Florida. As a business owner I needed a nice car with class to take out clients, but still have something exciting enough for me to go out to South Beach with and compete with the strong foreign presence. He was right about the cars power, style, and comfort. Most recently I moved back to Maine to start a family. With another baby on the way, we decided we needed an SUV. I never thought I would find myself buying something with more than 2 doors that you couldnt bring out to the track on Sundays, so I needed a lot of help. I didnt know what I wanted, but I wanted a top quality product, something classy, and something that would be safe and reliable. I turned to Bill Dodge Auto Group in Westbrook and went in to see Mr. Brain Kelsea. He had an excellent selection of mid range, full size, and compact SUV's. Even though I had bought cars from him in the past, he still knew that he needed to deliver to me what I wanted due to the other competitors in the area that I have available to me. He always listened to my needs, he was never aggressive at all and never gave us the impression that he was a "salesperson." As someone in sales myself, I was very impressed. He was concerned for my families safety, but also knew that I wanted something that was comfortbale and classy. We didnt want to buy new, but didnt want to buy something too old. He educated me on the Certified Used program that Bill Dodge Auto Group offers. These vehicles are used, but they are of the highest quality. He recommended to us the GMC Envoy SLT. This vehicle has plenty of space and safety features for my family, but with the Bose system, heated leather seats, sunroof and vortec engine, was everything that I personally wanted as well! Bill Dodge was unparalled in getting the paperwork done for me. Anyone with a family knows how busy day to day activities can get. Mr. Brain Kelsea made sure that he drove the car over to us one more time to the house to make sure that was the car we wanted. He then prepared the paperwork for us that day, accuratly and timely, and was able to come back over to our home for the closing! We were so impressed. We got an unbeatbale interest rate and term. The finance manager at Bill Dodge gave us interest rate and loan term options and we got to choose which loan program would work best for us! WE COULDNT BELIEVE IT!!!! I have never had as many options in buying a car. We also wanted to purchase new snow tires. The service area got these for us that day, and got them on the truck so that we could take it home that afternoon. They were even able to include the price of the tires in my financing. Unbelieveable! I was thoroughly impressed with all areas of Bill Dodge Auto Group in Westbrook, from sales to service. I would certainly recommend that anyone, no matter what you are looking for, high end luxury to used, go into Bill Dodge Auto Group in Westbrook.
