It was explained that you did sign a work order authorization form that did include the pricing for the diagnostic service. We do understand that it can be costly, but we do need to pay our experienced technicians for their time as well. I will not be using your services ever again. I was told when I signed the service in voice that it was for allowing them to look at. It was brought in to see if it was a result of a repair done by another dealer. I just feel that I should have been made aware of the fact that there was going to be a fee for it. I will be lodging a complaint with the better business bureau and also will be contacting General Motors Corporation about your company. I am just waiting for my lawyer to get back to me with the contact information. I don’t think I have ever been this displeased with a business before.
