My wife and I bought two vehicles in the same week totaling over 150k . I was promised 6 free oil changes and they only honored one. My truck was coming up on the warrantee expiring and I called in fo totaling over 150k . I was promised 6 free oil changes and they only honored one. My truck was coming up on the warrantee expiring and I called in for service for a check engine light. They said it be two weeks before they could get it in. I explained that I’d be over my miles by then , so they said they’d write it in at the mileage I had then. I came in for the service and was told they couldn’t cover the low fluid sensor because I’m over the miles. Lastly my upper ball joint broke on a pot hole, had it towed in mid-day and they said they’d look at it and give a estimate for repair. While on the lot, items were stolen out of the cab . They did the estimate and couldn’t get to it for a couple weeks so I sent a tow truck to bring it to a more local shop that could fit it in. They wouldn’t release it without being paid 150 for the estimate and nothing was done about the stolen things. I was told it happens . So I will never be back to purchase or have service done there ! More
