It took almost 2 and a half hours for a simple oil change. My husband was told 45 minutes, but it was more than double the quoted time. That's unacceptable. I can't trust that what I'm being told is actually true. Also, I was charged $75 for a lightbulb. Not an entire headlight kid, just one bulb. That is price gouging. More
