I recently visited Biggers Mitsubishi to have new tires installed on my car, and I couldn't be more pleased with the exceptional service I received! From the moment I walked in, the Service Manager, Keith, went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. Keith was not only professional and knowledgeable, but also incredibly friendly and attentive to my concerns. He took the time to explain the different tire options that would be best for my vehicle, making sure I understood the benefits of each choice. His expertise and attention to detail gave me complete confidence in my decision. The process was quick and efficient, and Keith kept me updated throughout, making sure I knew exactly when my car would be ready. When I picked it up, everything was perfect—new tires installed, and the car handled like a dream. What really stood out was the level of customer care.
