Constructive feedback: sending service approval to proceed with repairs can delay the process. A phone call works quicker. By 4:20pm I had not heard and called to follow up. I was concerned as I needed a ride and your driver goes home at 5pm. Ultimately it all worked out. Again, this is not a complaint, just constructive feedback. More
