Big Star Hyundai - Service Center

My Santa fe’s AC outlet became loose and out of place after they replace the engine. I asked the service agent why did it happen but he told me i have to pay if i want them to take a look at it. I feel the practices are deceptive. Was told the car was one price but found out it was $9000 more. Too many unwanted and unadvertised add-ons. The car is good though. No issues.
