Mike was outstanding from the time we talked to him on the phone to the time we finalized the deal. He was very honest and upfront which was refreshing for a car salesman. He was very friendly and helpful even though we were clearly not going to be a high dollar sale. In the end we got a great deal on a great car for our daughter. When we realized it hadn't had the pre-sale service it needed the service department took care of everything. They changed the oil, replaced all the wiper blades, aligned the front end and even replaced the front tires with btand new ones. I have never had that good of service for a used vehicle. Bottom line, I highly recommend Ron Carter Hyundai and if you go there make sure to ask for Mike Ogaz. More

I recently purchased a 2013 Hyundai Elantra Limited from Tasos Karamitsos of Ron Carter Hyundai in Houston, TX. Tasos was great; he was very helpful and responsive. He even came in on his day off to finalize the purchase of my car. I love my new car. It has all the bells and whistles and I purchased it for a reasonable price. Tasos made the process as easy as he could despite what seems to be the nature of this dealership. There were a few negatives to be aware of: the "e price" is a lure to get you in the door. It is based on if you qualify for all rebates available (which no one person ever could unless they were a fireman who is also a policeman who is also a recent graduate who is a senior citizen who is a teacher and is also disabled) another negative was the "add-ons" that total ~$1,500 which include pinstriping, clear coat, etc. the final negative was that the Sales Manager was a jerk, but I guess that's his job. In the end, Tasos saved the sale; I got the price I wanted and a decent amount for my trade-in. More

After test driving car there was no haggling, no hassles, and no pressure from them to buy the car. They were very straight forward and honest during my visit. They didn't try to sneak in any maintenance package or any other gimmicks when we were working on the financial part of the deal. They even had my got my old cleaned and back to my apartment on their own lunch break so that I wouldn't have to make the trek back to Clear Lake from West Houston to pick it up. This was definitely the best experience I have had in purchasing a vehicle from a dealership.
