Terrible experience. Price quoted by Lori, internet sales manager by phone and listed online at $21,200. When I arrived and asked for Lori I was advised that she did not sell cars, and Sosa said he wou sales manager by phone and listed online at $21,200. When I arrived and asked for Lori I was advised that she did not sell cars, and Sosa said he would be the salesperson. I told him the price she had given over the phone. After a test drive and finding the color combo I wanted, he wrote the contract for just under 28K plus TTL (total just under 30K). He told me that I did not qualify for the rebates to get the price quoted. This price was listed on internet as the eprice. He offered to take off the $1995 for the dealer added package for pinstripes since I did not want the pinstripes. (I had told him the pinstripes were a deal breaker for me, and he said they could remove the pinstripes). He said that all of their Elantras came with this package of pinstripes and a couple of other items. It doesn't appear that any of their prices on the internet listings include the additional options and per the salesperson, all of their Elantras have the package already installed. Even with this removed, the price was about 5K higher than the price quoted and listed - and substantially above the MSRP. I spent about 2 hours there as the salesperson keep leaving and didn't come back for 5-15 minutes each time. He did this about 5-6 times. I found them very unpleasant to deal with when I questioned the quoted price and the actual price. Beware their advertised prices! More

I did my research for months and thought I knew everything but realized when I walked into the dealership and found someone who really took pride in his product I found out I was dealing with a pro everything but realized when I walked into the dealership and found someone who really took pride in his product I found out I was dealing with a propfessional.
