To begin with, everyone was smiling when we walked in the door. We did not feel harassed by anyone and they let us look at the cars in the lot. Christian K. was our sales person. Christian was very friendly and helpful in the process. Ryan, manager, was also very pleasant during the buying process. I flew in from out of town and Scott came by the hotel and picked me up so I wouldn Ryan, manager, was also very pleasant during the buying process.
