Our sales rep was extremely knowledgeable about every detail of the car we wanted, as well as valuable information rangin looking for a new vechicle. Buying a car takes time, but the staff at this dealership (every person I met) was friendly and sincere. Tony was great and very helpful. He took a lot of time going over the car with my wife, and when we drove back to Dallas the next day, she was able to talk on the phone to me in my car (using bluetooth), going over the car with my wife, and when we drove back to Dallas the next day, she was able to talk on the phone to me in my car (using bluetooth), because Tony had 'taught' her. I caution you to expect an 'old time' dealer experience (not Tony's doing) in buying a car here. Go to 'Edmunds.com' (for example) and see what others are paying for the car you want, before you go in, because they will try to 'sell' you a bunch of stuff you don't want. The dumbest example was wanting $250 for nitrogen in the tires. Some places do this free or not more than $5 per tire. So- know what you want, get a price before going in, if possible, and be smart. Ask Tony for the water and popcorn. It's good. More

I give this rating because of Chris Olsen. He was absolutely amazing. We came in to "look" at cars for our 17 year old daughter. We fully intended to "shop around." This is our first time buying a Hyundai and it was one of the best experience i have ever had. I was going in for a Tucson Limited instead my sales rep. James from Ron Carter Hyundai shown me a Santa Fe Limi the best experience i have ever had. I was going in for a Tucson Limited instead my sales rep. James from Ron Carter Hyundai shown me a Santa Fe Limited inline-4 for almost about the same amount of money and I get MORE space..OMG, I was in love with it right away. James took me on a test drive where I get to experience how the Santa Fe handle on regular road and rough bumpy road. He took his time and showed me every detail about the car from one end to the other end. He was so good at explaining all the details I thought he was the Santa Fe manual, lol. Anyways, this was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had, ask for James and you will not be disappointed. More

The only negative thing I have to say about Ron Carter, is that you as the consumer, have to make it clear to them that you want to receive ALL sales promotions that are made available to you. I did not do this, and it ended up costing me a $500 best buy gift card. I know this was partially my fault for not pursuing the issue at the time of the sale, but I also feel that I should not have had to pursue the issue, as the promotion was sent to me by mail. I am apprehensive about recommending Ron Carter to others, because of this. More
