Jim was friendly, low-key, extremely knowledgeable about Hyundai’s products and made the buying experience all around pleasant. Jim went out to the “back lot” to find the car I wanted and drove it back up front so I didn’t have to make the trek. He was easy to communicate with as we discussed the price and had a quick answer for me so we struck a deal that I was extremely pleased with. I was also really impressed when Jim took time to orient me to my new car and make sure I understood its options and functions. He even programmed my phone for my car’s Bluetooth! I highly recommend Jim Holsen and Hyundai to anyone who is interested in buying a new car. Everyone at Ron Carter was truly friendly, upbeat, and helpful. It was nice to see a team work together and have fun while doing it. This is my first Hyundai purchase and I have the feeling it will not be my last. I love my new Santa Fe! More

Out of all 5 deal This review is for new car purchase only. Ron Carter Hyundai Clear Lake was the 5th car dealership I visited while car shopping. Out of all 5 dealerships, this was the only one that I felt as if our salesman, Marcus, did his research on the vehicle. Before test driving, he gave me a run down on the drivetrain and its benefits. He started off driving the test drive, so I could see what the car could do while also observing the interior. This was a nice approach. After giving me the run down, we switched seats, and he continued to tell me many things about the car. Knowing that he had done this much research about the models they sell, I knew that we would by our car here. Marcus made the purchase very easy and simple, without giving us any uncomfortable feelings like I got at most of the other dealerships. This sales approach is very relieving and refreshing when trying to make an expensive purchase. I hope that Marcus is still at Ron Carter when we look to purchase a car for my wife. On a last note, their were options that were added by Ron Carter that I did not find at the other dealerships. The car I purchased came with a tent and dentless repair, which was a great bonus! Thanks to Marcus and Ron Carter! *When car shopping, do not go by the prices posted on ANY dealership's website. If you don't prepare yourself for the car being more at the dealership, then your experience will most likely be disappointing. I figured this out quickly. All dealerships post prices that include every possible rebate/discount that could be offered. You might find out that you have to finance the car through the manufacturer, be a teacher, in the military, had lost at least one limb, had lost that limb on a Monday....but only the first Monday of the month, and be a college student with perfect credit to be able to get all of these discounts. With that being said, make sure you visit more than one dealership. It is not only important to get multiple prices, but also figure out the dealership that you are most comfortable with. Sometimes, that can make it worth paying a little bit more. Just my two cents. More

Before deciding to purchase a Hyundai, I went to several dealerships and test drove many different cars. Consequently, I had the chance to compare what it was like to work with several different salespeople dealerships and test drove many different cars. Consequently, I had the chance to compare what it was like to work with several different salespeople. I can honestly and emphatically say, Jerry Muma was the nicest, most pleasant salesman of the bunch. Making such a major purchase is inherently stressful, but Jerry is such an easygoing, straightforward guy, that you forget be stressed! I never thought I'd say negotiating for a car was pleasant, but it really was. I would gladly recommend Ron Carter Hyundai and Jerry Muma to anyone. More

My husband and I purchased a 2013 Santa Fe on 10 January 2013 from Christian Karamitsos and Tasos Karamitsos. We first meet Christian on 08 January 2013 when we arrived at Hyundai for a test drive of both 2013 from Christian Karamitsos and Tasos Karamitsos. We first meet Christian on 08 January 2013 when we arrived at Hyundai for a test drive of both the Santa Fe and Tucson. Christian was both accommodating and knowledgeable of both vehicles. Throughout the test drive of both vehicles he was incredibly kind & personable and continued to share his knowledge of the vehicles. On our return to the dealer we were not pressured into making a decision and/or purchase, rather we were allowed to leave with all of the information in hand and Christian's contact details should we decide to return. We did decide to return due in large part to the personable approach we received by Christian as well as the features of the Santa Fe. Tasos took us out for another test drive (at my request to ensure I was certain of my decision); we found him incredibly knowledgeable of the Santa Fe whilst taking the time to ascertain what we were looking for. Tasos was open to all of our negotiations and made the sell happen without making us feel pressured to buy. Our sales experience with Tasos was exceptional! Tasos ensured we got what we wanted at the price we needed. At the end of a 6 hour day Tasos' stayed behind with us to ensure we knew all of the features of the Santa Fe, helping me sort out my insurance by returning signed faxes and offering us his knowledge in the future should we require. This was my second time buying a new car and this experience was by far the better of the two! Tasos and Christian were highly professional, personable and helpful.
