Although they advertise on their website that they will beat any deal by $500 and even commit to this by phone, they do not honor this promise when you arrive. Also, watch out for their Dealer added option of life time nitrogen in your tires for $250. Fill your tires at Discount Tire, the service is free and they use nitrogen. More
Patrick and Nickolas are the only 2 people really care about the customers. They always deliver what they promised. Service work has been good except for the price. Over all the car has been a total disappointment in many ways We are not happy with it at all. The Veracruz is a beautiful car and that is completely all that it is. We rode in a Chevy and it is completely a much better car in every way except the looks. We are litterly emberassed when someone rides in our car. Also the radio is a total disgrace totally worthless in the AM. More

I've brought my sonata in to Ron carter for service many times and every single time the service center guys have made every visit convenient. I get treated like a friend and that's always a comfortable env times and every single time the service center guys have made every visit convenient. I get treated like a friend and that's always a comfortable environment to return to. Nick is there almost everytime I've brought my car in and he's on top if his game with info and politeness. I plan on trading in for a new sonata soon so I'm pkeased to know ill get to keep going back for help if I need it. Overall an outstanding group of employees!!! Thank you! More

He was my service advisor previously at Champion Hyundai and I was thrilled when he came to work here. He is a wonderful asset to the Ron Carter Dealership. I have never had a problem with any of the service I have received from Patrick. My car is usually ready before the time given and the repairs on both my van and my daughter's Sonata have been fairly priced and spot on. They even courtesy wash our vehicles. I had a friend comment recently that he needed to take his vehicle to Ron Carter because they always take such good care of me and provide me with a loaner while my vehicle is in the shop. More

I went in knowing what I wanted. I had done my homework on the HyundaiUSA website and had studied the prices on the 'build your own' portion of the website. I had searched the internet for both new and on the HyundaiUSA website and had studied the prices on the 'build your own' portion of the website. I had searched the internet for both new and used vehicles and had made price comparisons. The internet price Ron Carter offered was unmatched by any other dealer. After phone contact with Veronica, I received the price quote in writing. I was able to deal off that price, get the trade-in value I asked for and I bought the Santa Fe that I wanted. I am very satisfied with my purchase and with the helpfulness of Veronica and Anthony on the sales staff and with the finance officers. They were quick to make a correction to my contract and it turned out to be in my favor. I would recommend this dealership. With any purchase, new or used, I would also recommend doing your homework to know the value of the extras. I would also recommend the full bumper-to-bumper extended warranty. As a former Hyundai owner, I made use of the warranty and was always pleased with what it covered. More
