I am dissatisfied after spending an entire day trying to buy a Santa Fe. First, they would not honor the A-plan that is extended to my company. They said to many people will actually pay 2k higher than msrp buy a Santa Fe. First, they would not honor the A-plan that is extended to my company. They said to many people will actually pay 2k higher than msrp....(If you pay more than MSRP, I am sorry to say you are an idiot). Ron Carter knew I was shopping between a Sportage and Santa Fe. My sales guy (Chris Olsen) told me to get a price from Kia and they would beat it by 500 bucks...."Its company policy" he says. I also was shopping at the Kia dealership (Freddy Kia), which gave me a great deal in less than 1 hour - I highly reccomend if shopping for Kia. Took back a written quote to RC and they said "sorry, the Sportage is not compritive to the Santa Fe." Why the heck didnt they tell me that before?! Then, the GM said they would sell at $300 above invoice because of all of the issues they put me through and because they didnt want to loose me as a customer. My wife and I left at 4pm and they called us up at 4:20pm...."we have the car you are looking for, its in the back...we didnt know it was here." So we drove back and waited an hour and a half with them ignoring us. Finally, after I inquired about what the hold up is, they said they were bringing it right out. They brought out a car that WAS NOT what we were looking for! I was so angry. They said, "these things happen....sorry." I bought a car from them two months ago and it was relitively painless. They were suppose to locate the correct car and call me back today....They have not. I am not surprised. Also, If you do buy a car from them, they will BRIBE you to give them a perfect score on their survey that you will receive in a few weeks. Its not worth the free tank of gas---not to mention you have to drive back to the dealer to get the gas. I found another dealership that will GLADLY honor my company plan benefit. If you go here, be prepared for bait and switch, $1500 in dealer add ons, a headache, lots of time to wear you down, lies about how few of the car you want are out there, lies about how they are making no money on the deal, etc. You can get a good deal here, but be prepared; they think they are slick. I was a first time car buyer so I was very nervous to buy brand new. I went to a couple of dealerships, all of whom had employees that were either very rude, careless, or acted as though I was wasting their brand new. We went to Ron Carter Hyundai and Zaman came out to help us. I told him I was looking for a cheap, used vehicle because I was very nervous about spending so much on a brand new car. He showed me everything that was what I was wanting according to my description. He spent probably a good hour just showing me cars and letting me test them. He was polite, charming, playful, and very helpful. He talked to me as an adult and really respected me. I felt as though I could trust him because he honestly seemed to care about my best interest just as much as he did making a sell. I ended up buying a brand new 2013 Hyundai Elantra. I absolutely love it. I can't thank him enough for all of his hard work and help into getting me into a nice vehicle. I know that it's his job, but he went above and beyond so much. I would recommend everyone to go there and let him help them. Everyone there showed so much care and respect. I am very very happy with my experience with this dealership. A side note..This care is AWESOME. Great gas mileage, very comfortable, and an amazing A/C :) More

I went to the dealership with my expectations very low and was prepared to walk away. Chris was able to get me a fantastic deal and I ended up leaving with a new car. I highly recommend if you are in the market for a new car to visit and personally ask for Chris Olsen by name for a professional respectable experience. More

He personally explained the features of the car which contributed to our decision to buy the tuscan. after purchasing the tuscan, he made sure the tuscan was ready to be picked up and explained more features about the tuscan that was extremely helpful. He introduced us to the service advisor which was extremly helpful also. Scott kimbrough was very professional and helpful with our financial transactions. My husband and I had an excellent experience at Ron carter hyundai. we will recommend our family and friends to chris olsen and scott kimbrough. More
The Ron Carter dealership rips off customers who have no clue they are being overcharged for window tint, pinstripes, nitrogen filled tires, and the rest of the so called Value Package. ***** The dealer clue they are being overcharged for window tint, pinstripes, nitrogen filled tires, and the rest of the so called Value Package. ***** The dealer pays $100 per sedan for window tinting and charges several hundred more ***** The pinstripes cost is also multiplied many times for the customer. ***** Nitrogen filled tires. The dealer claims you could save $300 or more per year. I would love to see how they come up with that number. Car and Driver magazine (October 2012 - Page 26) states that the air we breathe is already 78 percent nitrogen and the small benefits attributable to this do not justify the cost. ***** The interior and exterior protection package is unnecessary if you take good care of your vehicle (wash/wax) and cover the seats when carrying anything or anyone that can damage or dirty them. The $1500 price for the package is not negotiable according to the saleman and ordering a vehicle without it is not possible. The salesman stated that this is a way for the dealer to make additional profit because the profit margin on the car is too small. I know a rip-off when I see it so I went to DeMontrond Hyundai about 10 miles away. The salesfolks were friendly, up-front with the prices and best of all "NO VALUE PACKAGE". I made a good deal and drove home a shiny new Hyundai a short time later. More

I had been shopping around for my new 2013 Hyundai Elantra and was promised by Chris that they would beat anyones price around. They kept their word. I received $500 more trade-in value than another dealer had quoted me as they had advertised. The process was extremly quick and smooth from start to finish (initial greetings, credit check, negotiations, trade-in and financing). The entire process barely took an hour. Not only did they beat the lowest offer around on my new car as advertised, but they beat it while giving me the upgraded package on the vehicle. I will definetly be coming back to Ron Carter Hyundai and looking for Chris Olsen and Scott Sanders when I'm ready to trade in my other vehicle. -Shaun Dillon More
