This was not my first time going to Ron Carter Hyundai. My grandmother recently purchased her second Hyundai, a 2012 Sonata Turbo, from Ron Carter. She received excellent service both during her car purchase and during her subsequent visits to the service area. So once I'd decided that I wanted another Hyundai Elantra (my previous car was an Elantra), I knew exactly where to go. This was the first time I would be purchasing a car. As a first time buyer I was nervous and very unsure of the process. Charles Henderson was extremely patient and explained the process to me step by step. He also took the time to take me through their entire inventory to get me EXACTY what I wanted. He made what could have been a very long and difficult process fun. So much so that, my mother, who is planning to upgrade from her Sonata to a Genesis, is planning to make a special trip to Ron Carter to see Charles as well. I am extremely pleased with my purchase and the service I received from Charles. I definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy a Hyundai and will be returning in the future! More

Getting the car was easy and the sales staff was very friendly. The one thing i would do is stop all the phone calls asking someone to take the survey it is very annoying. After my car was totaled, I was in the market for a new car. Initially, I was intending just to replace my totaled Honda Civic with a new one, but after browsing various dealers’ inventory throughout Houst car. Initially, I was intending just to replace my totaled Honda Civic with a new one, but after browsing various dealers’ inventory throughout Houston I saw a Hyundai Veloster Turbo in Ron Carter’s inventory. After doing some research on Hyundai and the Veloster compared to Honda and the Civics, I decided I could get more for my money and also get a better warranty through Hyundai. Subsequently, I requested and received an Internet price on the Veloster listed on Ron Carter’s online inventory and then went in the following day to purchase the vehicle. When I went to the dealership initially to purchase the vehicle, there was a misunderstanding between the pricing of the vehicle I had received online and I left frustrated and without the vehicle due to the higher price I received upon arriving versus what I received online prior to entering the dealership. I then contacted the General Sales Manager of Ron Carter, Mr. Anthony Hewitt, to let him know of my disappointment, as my family had purchased a Hyundai from Ron Carter a year prior with no issues whatsoever, which is why I chose Ron Carter to again purchase this vehicle. Mr. Hewitt promptly cleared up the discrepancies and corrected the misunderstanding, and the following day I went in and everything went perfectly smoothly as I drove out with my new car. Despite the initial hiccup, the car buying process went very smoothly, and the initial issues were quickly corrected. I was impressed with Mr. Hewitt’s, and his staff’s, professionalism and willingness to make sure their customers were satisfied. This is why I am a repeat customer of Ron Carter Hyundai, and if I purchase another Hyundai in the future, I will be there yet again. More
