The employees at Ron Carter Cadillac (Clear Lake) were fabulous!!! They were so helpful and pleasant to work with. The car shopping process was extremely enjoyable with them and a lot of fun too! This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Johnny was my sales person and I would recommend him to my family and my friends and have already recommended to him to some people. The deal was done very efficiently I got what I wanted. I got the pricing that I needed. I got a really good deal on my trade in and even when I went back for my service calls and things of that nature I still was treated with the same courtesy as before I even purchased my vehicle. The experience that I had has turned me into a long term Hyundai customer. The bar was set extremely high for other dealerships to follow. More

Christian was very friendly and answered all my questions. Quality of work was just OK because he was too busy, and I had to wait for other customers at times.
