Purchased my first Hyundai Tucson Saturday 2/16--Charles was great!! I am a hard sell but he finally got me a deal I could live with after three tries. I had been searching for a new car for a few months. I went to several different dealerships and spoke with over 10 sales persons. After a long and frustrating journey, I walked into Hyundai clear lak went to several different dealerships and spoke with over 10 sales persons. After a long and frustrating journey, I walked into Hyundai clear lake and Mike was the only person that walked up to me and made me feel welcomed. He sold me a new Hyundai Sonata and I was a little skeptical at first because I wasn't looking for a sedan, but his knowledge and advice of the car had me sold in minutes. Without his knowledge of the car and all it had to offer, it was exactly what I needed and I didn't even know it.. His strategy was so different from any other place I went to in all of Houston. He really wanted to help me!!! Thanks Mike in helping me make a promising decision. I love my new car and all the great features I didn't have to pay extra for. More

I was interested in buying a used car off their lot. Admittedly I came in pretty late in the day. We were close to a deal and they assured me we could work out the final details first thing in the morni Admittedly I came in pretty late in the day. We were close to a deal and they assured me we could work out the final details first thing in the morning. They hit me up for a deposit to hold the car. I started to throw out cash but had reservations. I offered that a check would be easier in case the deal didn't work out. They said it wasn't a big deal & they would hold the car until we could work out the paperwork the next day. I shook hands and left. I thought I had a friendly new dealership to work with since I was mainly buying the car to rebuild damaged credit from a failed business. Two days later I called Christian back a bit confused. He promised to call back in FIVE minutes.....That was five hours ago (and now they're closed) If they wanted to not do the deal.....1 Shouldn't have been so anxious to get my cash deposit only to balk at my check. (very shady) 2 Have the courtesy to politely let me off the hook . Make up a lame excuse if necessary. 3 xxxx tell me my credit was just too poor. More
